Aureus Sovereign › Programme
AI training for executives in Hong Kong
Aureus Sovereign designs and delivers private AI programmes for directors and senior executives in Hong Kong. Systems are configured to the client's own work, capability is transferred in one-to-one sessions at the client's premises, and advisory access is retained afterwards. There is no classroom, no cohort and no course to complete.
Who the programme is for
Chairmen, chief executives, managing directors, board members and senior partners who are now expected to hold a view on these systems and have no practical route to one. The terminology arrives in board papers, vendor decks and notes from division heads, used with a confidence that makes enquiry costly.
The programme is built for people who run something substantial and have no interest in becoming technical. The requirement is competent use of these systems on work already in hand, at the standard applied to everything else, without spending a quarter establishing which of them merit the time.
The programme is engaged by an individual for their own use. There is no minimum number of participants and no requirement that the client's organisation adopt anything.
Scope
- Agentic systems. Delegated execution across multiple steps without intervention between them, and the control boundaries that govern what a system may do unsupervised.
- Copilots and drafting. Composition in the client's own formats and conventions, built from correspondence and papers the client has already written.
- Model selection and hosting. Which model, operated where, and the data residency and disclosure consequences that follow from each answer.
- Fine-tuning. Adaptation on proprietary material, the approvals it requires, and the circumstances in which it is and is not warranted.
- Human-in-the-loop review. The design of approval gates, and the failure modes such gates address and do not address.
- Evaluation of vendor claims. Error behaviour, accountability for oversight, cost at volume, and performance on sustained use rather than on demonstration.
Capability on completion
- Analysis of documents at volume. A two-hundred-page board pack reduced to the material changes, compared against prior versions, with omissions identified.
- Concurrent delegation. Several agents operated in parallel across analysis, drafting and review of annexes.
- Drafting to house standard. Correspondence and papers produced in the client's established formats and phrasing, built from the client's own body of work.
- Assessment of proposals. Vendor and internal claims tested against error behaviour, accountability, cost at volume and sustained performance.
- Currency. Continuing briefing on material developments, filtered to the client's own remit rather than to the field at large.
Programme structure
One. Configuration
Accounts, tooling, the models warranted at the time of the engagement, the client's archive loaded and standing instructions drafted. This is carried out by the practice and is not billed as session time.
Two. Instruction
Four half-days at the client's premises, on the client's own material, at hours the client sets. A board pack or a live matter is worked through in session rather than demonstrated on a prepared example.
Three. Retained advisory
Direct access is retained following the programme. No ticket system, no account management layer and no reassignment. Where a development is material or a task proves intractable, the practice responds the same day.
On-premise deployment
Certain matters cannot leave the premises: a live transaction, a regulator's file, material under privilege. Where that applies, the practice installs a machine running capable models with no network path out, so that material is processed within the room it is held in.
This is not required for most work, and where it is not needed the practice says so. Where it is wanted, the equipment is passed through at cost; it is not a source of margin.
Fee
Quoted following the initial consultation and scoped to the engagement. The initial consultation carries no fee, and nothing is installed, purchased or signed as a result of it. Where the programme is not appropriate, this is stated at that stage rather than afterwards.
How this differs from a course
- Attendance is one to one. The client and one representative of the practice. No group, no observers and no minutes, and therefore no question that cannot be asked.
- Sessions run on the client's own files. Not a worked example and not a sandbox. The work already scheduled for that week is the work conducted in session.
- Configuration is not the client's responsibility. Work between sessions is carried out by the practice. No client is issued a login and a reading list.
- The engagement does not terminate. Quarterly sessions in person for as long as the client requires, so that the systems in use remain current rather than those current at the time of instruction.
Location
The client's own premises, or a private room of the client's choosing, anywhere in Hong Kong. Central, Admiralty, Wan Chai, Quarry Bay, Kowloon and the New Territories are all routine.
Request a consultation
Forty-five minutes, by telephone or at the client's premises. No preparation, no prior reading, and nothing bought, installed or signed as a result.
Request a consultationThe request reaches the practice directly rather than a queue. We reply within one business day, and usually the same day.
